Companions/Sir Knights,
 

We again appeal for your assistance in the solicitation of Ads for our upcoming Grand Sessions’ Souvenir Program. The Souvenir Program made its debut in 1997 at the Grand Sessions in Palm Springs. It has proven to be a great way to raise money to help defray the costs of the Grand Sessions and at the same time attract attention to our companies, private businesses and fraternal organizations.

 

A copy of the Ad Request is available in both PDF Format and Word (2003 & later) Format 


COST: Full Page $160.00, Half Page $85.00, Quarter Page $45.00, Eighth Page or Business Card $25.00 and Name on Name Page $5.00.
 

REQUIREMENTS: Any Ad from commercial, professional or fraternal organizations are acceptable as long as they are in good taste. Ads pertaining to gambling, liquor, politics or religion can not be accepted.
 

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION: April 1, 2012

  • If there is at least $15,000 in Ad sales – there will be free coffee served at the business meetings.

  • If there is at least $20,000 in Ad sales – every pre-registered guest will receive a free buffet breakfast for Saturday or Sunday (gratuity not included)
