'Comp' Policy

The respective Grand York Rite Bodies of California will pay for the following persons listed below at the California Grand York Rite Sessions (CA-GYRS).

 

The Most Excellent Grand High Priest of Royal Arch Masons in California:

The Most Illustrious Grand Master of Cryptic Masons in California:

The Right Eminent Grand Commander of Knights Templar in California:

The Most Worshipful Grand Master of Masons in California: 

  • The Grand Banquet, the Breakfasts and Lunches on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
  • Up to six (6) room nights.

 

The M. E. General Grand High Priest of the General Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons Intl:

The M. P. General Grand Illustrious Master of the General Grand Council of Cryptic Masons:

The M. E. Grand Master of the Grand Encampment of Knights Templar:

  or their Official Representatives as communicated in writing to our Grand Secretary / Recorder

·         The Grand Banquet and the Luncheon for the day of his meeting. 

·         Up to two (2) room nights

 

The Southwest Regional Deputy or Department Commander:

·         The Grand Banquet and the Luncheon for the day of his meeting. 

·         Up to one (1) room night

 

The M. E. Grand High Priest of other Jurisdictions:

The R. I. Grand Illustrious Master of other Jurisdictions:

The R. E. Grand Commander of other Jurisdictions:

  • The Grand Banquet and the Luncheon for the day of his meeting.

 

Presiding Officers of Other Masonic Concordant Bodies not listed above:

  • The Grand Banquet. 

 

(If the Companions / Sir Knights / Presiding Officer listed above is accompanied by his LADY/HUSBAND or ESCORT (1), those meals are also paid)

 

 

All meal requests MUST be submitted on the official CA-GYRS Reservation Form to Dave Glass, the Reservations Chairman, prior to the deadline posted on that form.  Beyond that date, the comp courtesies will not be available.

 

Please make your own hotel reservations (to insure that the correct room type is chosen for you).  We will advise the hotel staff of the room nights paid by the CA Grand York Rite.

 

All “Comps” are subject to the approval of Ken Hope, Grand Secretary-Recorder and/or James Baum, the Executive Officer of the CA-GYRS.  If there are any questions to the policy, please reach out to them.
